Discovery
3–5 days
A working session about what the business actually sells, who decides, and what the website has to do that it currently does not. Where a site already exists, we audit it first — traffic, search performance, speed and accessibility — so decisions come from evidence rather than taste. You leave this phase with a written point of view, whether or not you continue with us.

Ninety focused minutes, access to analytics if you have it, and an honest account of what is not working.

Structure
5–8 days
The shape of the site gets resolved before anything is styled. Sitemap, page-by-page outlines and greyscale wireframes, so the conversation stays on hierarchy and argument instead of colour. This is the cheapest possible place to disagree, and the most expensive place to skip.

Design
1–3 weeks
We design one direction properly rather than three options built to be rejected. It gets applied to a real page with real content, reviewed, then extended across every template and state — desktop and mobile designed as separate problems. By the end there is a documented system, not a folder of screens.

Consolidated feedback within the review window, and final content or a decision to launch with placeholders.

Build
1–4 weeks
Built in Next.js and TypeScript on a preview URL you can check daily. Performance and accessibility budgets are set before the build starts and held throughout — they are acceptance criteria, not a report generated afterwards. Forms, analytics and integrations are wired and tested with real submissions.

Access to your domain, email and any systems we need to connect to.

Launch
1–2 days
Deployment, DNS, security headers and monitoring. Where we are replacing an existing site, every legacy URL is redirected and verified before we go live, and search performance is monitored closely afterwards. Launch day should be uneventful, which takes planning.

After
30–90 days included
Thirty to ninety days of support depending on the package, covering anything that surfaces once real traffic arrives. After that a care plan is available for updates, monitoring and a monthly improvement block — and declining it does not leave you stranded. You own the code, the design and the accounts either way.
