Yes, provided it is resolved enough to build — states, breakpoints and edge cases defined. We will review it first and tell you honestly what is missing.
Next.js and TypeScript on Vercel by default, because it gives the best performance floor for content-led sites. We will use something else when the project genuinely calls for it.
Yes. We structure content so it is editable without touching components, and we will connect a CMS when the volume of editing justifies one. Small sites often do not.
We offer a monthly retainer for updates, monitoring and small improvements. It is optional — the handover is complete either way.
