Concept demoAI agents that do the work
Plan a task, call your CRM, calendar and messaging tools, then ask a person to approve — with a full trace of every step.
Xaevora is a founder-led studio building AI website assistants, agents, automation and the websites around them — for businesses directly, and white-label for agencies. Fixed scope, fixed price from $750, and you own the code. Start with a $500 pilot.

See it in action
Short reels showing what the assistants and automations actually do: answer late enquiries, handle the same questions, take admin off your plate and catch missed calls.

Five AI systems we design, build and run — agents, knowledge assistants, voice, document automation and website assistants. Each one is a working demo you can open in your browser: no sign-up, no API key.
Concept demoPlan a task, call your CRM, calendar and messaging tools, then ask a person to approve — with a full trace of every step.
Concept demoAnswers from your docs and data only, with inline citations, a visible retrieval trace and an honest “not documented”.
Concept demoAnswer the phone, book and reschedule against live availability, and route anything urgent straight to a person.
Concept demoRead PDFs and images, extract and cross-check fields, and push verified records to your systems after sign-off.
Live demoA branded assistant that answers visitors from your site, shows its sources and captures the lead — white-label ready for agencies.
01Services
Seven services: three AI, four web. We don't offer everything — these are the engagements we are set up to do well, and each one ends with something you own outright.
Agents that do the work, not just the demo — connected to your systems, bounded by your rules, and observable when they get something wrong.
Assistants that answer from your actual content, admit when they do not know, and hand over to a human before they cost you a customer.
Smart systems that close the gaps between your tools — classifying, extracting, routing and reporting without anyone remembering to run it.
Positioning, structure and interface design for a website that earns attention and holds it.
Fast, accessible, maintainable front-end engineering — built so the design survives contact with production.
A single page with a single job — built for a campaign, measured properly, shipped fast.
Keep what works, fix what does not, and migrate without losing the search equity you have built.
02Work
Open any of them in your browser: a live AI assistant built for a real agency, and four concept builds — an agent, a RAG assistant, a voice receptionist and a document agent — each with its complete build plan.

A working website assistant built as a demo for H1 Web Development. It answers visitor questions from H1's public pages, shows the source under every answer, says so when it doesn't know, and captures the lead or offers a call.
Unsolicited concept demo. Not affiliated with or endorsed by H1 Web Development; facts come from their public website.
Concept builds
Fictional companies, working software. Each concept ships with an interactive demo and the complete plan — scope, architecture, deliverables and timeline.

Watch an onboarding pack become a verified CRM record: extraction with confidence scores, cross-document checks, and adviser sign-off before sync.

An agent reads a job, writes a plan, calls CRM, crew, maps, calendar and SMS tools, then proposes an assignment you approve — with the full trace beside it.

Ask the docs and get a streamed answer with runnable code, inline citations and the retrieval trace — and an honest 'not in the docs' that feeds a gap report.

A phone receptionist that books, reschedules and routes calls — live waveform, transcript, tool calls and hard safety guardrails. Take a call yourself by voice or text.
03Start with a pilot
Prove the fit on real work before you commit to a full build. Fixed price, written scope, milestone payments — and everything we build is yours.
Start with a fixed-scope $500 pilot (about 2 weeks). If you continue, it's credited toward your full build. No obligation.
Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices.
Pilot 100% upfront. Under $2,000: 50% on signing, 50% on acceptance. $2,000 or more: 40% / 40% / 20% across milestones — with working previews along the way.
On final payment, the repository, designs, domain and every account we set up are yours. No lock-in, no licence.
Happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive. Agencies get non-circumvention as standard.
We can build under your brand, for your clients, and stay invisible. You own the relationship.
Anything that doesn't work as specified is fixed free during the support window included in your package.
04Why Xaevora
Every studio says it is premium, detail-obsessed and client-focused. These are the things you could actually hold us to.
We resolve what a page has to say, and in what order, before anything gets styled. A beautiful site built on a weak argument is an expensive way to be ignored.
Every dependency, image and animation is weighed against what it costs to load, and every build gets a performance budget agreed up front and checked before launch.
We do not present three options designed for two of them to be rejected. You get one considered direction, argued for, and refined with you.
Design files, code, domain, accounts. No proprietary builder, no licence, no leverage held over you after launch.
If an audit says three targeted fixes beat a rebuild, that is what we will tell you. Selling an unnecessary project is a bad way to earn a referral.
Keyboard paths, visible focus, honest contrast and reduced-motion support are in the build from the start. It is not a compliance exercise, it is just doing the job properly.

05Who you'll work with
Anand Tiwari leads every Xaevora engagement — from the first call through architecture, build and handover. No account managers, no hand-offs: you work directly with the person building your system.
See the standard for yourself: try the live AI assistant demo, then start with a fixed-scope $500 pilot that's credited toward your full build.

07Pricing
AI work is quoted in USD; website packages are priced per market, in your currency. Either way, scope and price are fixed in writing before anything starts — or begin with a $500 pilot.
One repetitive task done by hand every day: inbox triage, form-to-CRM, document data extraction, reports.
A chatbot for your site that answers from your own content, shows its sources and captures leads.
An agent that takes actions in your systems — booking, triage, updating records — with approvals where they matter.
Prices in USD, excluding model and hosting usage, which runs on your own accounts so you see those costs directly. Final price is fixed in writing after a short scoping call.
One clear message, built properly.

08Questions
Try the live AI assistant demo first — it's working software, not a mockup. Then start with a fixed-scope $500 pilot (about 2 weeks); if you continue, it's credited toward your full build. Payments follow milestones with working previews, and you own the code on final payment.
Workflow automation starts from $750, an AI website assistant from $1,500, and an AI agent that takes actions in your systems from $3,000+. Model and hosting usage runs on your own accounts. The exact price is fixed in writing after a short scoping call.
A landing page takes one to two weeks. A full marketing site is typically three to five weeks, and a larger redesign with migration runs five to eight. The variable is almost never our build speed — it is how quickly content and decisions come back, which is why we agree review windows up front.
AI work starts at $750 and website packages at the Starter tier, priced per region — the pricing page shows real numbers, not a 'contact us' wall. Anything outside the packages is quoted after a short call, in writing, with the scope attached.
The studio is based in India and set up for clients in the US and Australia. We schedule calls in a planned overlap with your business hours, and everything between calls is written: progress updates, preview links and decisions you can read when it suits you.
You do. On final payment you own the design files, the code repository, the domain and every account we set up. There is no proprietary platform to stay locked into and no licence to keep paying for.
Yes. Content is structured so it can be edited without touching components, and we hand over documentation with the repository. Where the volume of editing justifies one, we will connect a CMS — for many business sites it genuinely does not, and we will say so.
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive. Agency partners also get a non-circumvention clause: we never approach your clients directly.
Then we will build what they designed, provided it is resolved enough to build. We will review the files first and tell you plainly what is missing — states, breakpoints, edge cases — before quoting.
Thirty to ninety days of support is included depending on the package. After that, a care plan covering updates, monitoring and a monthly improvement block is available. It is optional, and the handover is complete whether or not you take it.
The $500 pilot is paid 100% upfront. Projects under $2,000 are 50% on signing and 50% on acceptance; projects of $2,000 or more are 40% on signing, 40% at the mid-project milestone and 20% on acceptance. Payment methods and invoicing follow your region — the pricing page lists what applies where you are.
